This policy describes how Lazzara's Pizza Cafe (“Lazzara’s,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information submitted through lazzarasfranchise.com in connection with franchise inquiries. It does not cover the consumer-facing pizzeria website or in-store transactions.
What we collect
- Inquiry details you submit: name, email, phone number, professional background, target market, timeline, liquid-capital range, and any free-text comments.
- Anti-abuse signals: a Cloudflare Turnstile token to confirm you’re a real person; your IP address may be included with the verification request.
- Technical logs: standard server logs (timestamp, IP, user agent) retained for security and debugging only.
How we use it
- To respond to your franchise inquiry within 24–48 hours.
- To send a confirmation email acknowledging your submission.
- To evaluate territory fit and operator qualifications during discovery.
- To comply with FDD-related regulatory and legal requirements.
Who sees it
Inquiry data is reviewed by the Lazzara’s franchise team. We use Resend to deliver email notifications and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties beyond these service providers.
Retention
Submitted inquiries are retained for as long as we are actively considering your candidacy or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs roll over within 30 days unless flagged for an active security investigation.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing franchise@lazzaraspizza.com. If you reside in California or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (CCPA, GDPR), those rights apply.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The Turnstile widget loads a script from Cloudflare to render the challenge; that script may set its own cookies as documented by Cloudflare.
